LiCENSING AND INSPECTIONS

In May of 2025, Spartanburg County passed a law requiring breeders residing in the county to undergo a property inspection as well as apply for a breeding license. As of July 2025, no formal process of applying for a breeding license has been established by the county for breeders. We already operate well within the requirements outlined in the council meeting whichb occured on May 19, 2025, and are working closely with local authorities to comply with the new law. We will be scheduling an inspection and applying for a license as soon as the county has inspections and licensing procedures available. We are happy to have the opportunity to advertise ourselves as licensed local breeders and will update this page as soon as we have more information. Thank you.
